Ritika was born and raised in India in a patriarchal family, not permitted to work because of her gender! She went on to achieve an MBA from a university in the UK and broke all barriers as a first generation immigrant to Canada and UK.
Ritika has travelled extensively and has over 30 years of experience working at Board level with senior stakeholders - across three continents, within the public and private sector. She brings this vast experience to the clients she works with, bringing her lived and learnt Cultural Intelligence to support teams and organisational development, for actionable positive impact.
Ritika is on a mission to bring innovation and inclusion to the heart of organisations, and she believes that Cultural Intelligence is a capability which can achieve just that.

She is a Fellow at the Society of Leadership Fellows, Windsor Castle, a Fellow at the Royal Society of Arts and sits on the Strategic Advisory Board member for British Transport Police. Ritika is also a Board Director and Trustee of the 5% club and an experienced Keynote Speaker
